Due to the shortfall during the 2007 Red Kettle Campaign, The Salvation Army in Waukesha will be holding a special 10 day Christmas in August Red Kettle Campaign.
Red Kettles will be out and bells will be ringing August 14 through 23 from 9am to 9pm.
Current locations are Wal-Mart in Pewaukee, Sam's Club in Waukesha and Pick ‘n Save on Sunset in Waukesha with more locations to come.

Feed The Kids!
Seth Doane, a New York based correspondent for CBS news, and his team recently traveled to Waukesha to highlight the Feed The Kids program and how this and other summer feeding programs nationwide are a lifesaver for many families struggling to get by during the nations current economic struggles. They visited with a local family who relies on the Feed The Kids program during the summer to make sure their children's nutritional needs are met and visited with the dozens of children and families who come each day to Sentinel Park to have lunch with the Feed The Kids program.
