The Salvation Army in the Capital Area located at 525 N. Pennsylvania Ave. in Lansing serves the tri-county area. These include Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties. Major Robert Scott serves as the Area Commnander. His wife, Major Alice Scott, serves beside him as the progam coordinator.
