Christmas Assistance Schedule & Guidelines for 2008 Holiday Season
The Salvation Army Plymouth Corps is currently scheduling appointments for Thanksgiving & Christmas assistance for residents of Northville, Plymouth, Canton, and Belleville. Famlies in need of assistance should contact The Salvation Army at (734)453-5464 to set up an appointment. Candidates will be interviewed on Tuesdays and Fridays beginning on October 14 through November 14.
Applicants will need to bring ID for all household residents, proof of household income and expenses. For more information, please contact The Salvation Army Family & Community Ministries office at (734) 453-5464.

Annual Red Kettle Campaign - Bell Ringing
It's that time of year again! The weather is getting cooler, and soon you will see folks standing at storefronts with a Red Kettle and a bell in hand! We are in need of bell ringers! If you can donate 2 hours of your time, please visit our volunteer website to sign up.

It has been another busy summer at The Salvation Army, and we have been distributing record numbers of food to folks in need. We now find our Pantry shelves nearly empty again. Please help us re-stock our pantry with the following items:

Scrapbooking Classes
The Salvation Army is offering 2 scrapbook classes this fall:

Christmas Cards & Tags: Make your own Christmas cards! In this class you will get to make 20 cards and 20 gift tags for you to use. Cost: $25. Class dates: Thursday Nov. 13 or Monday Nov. 17 at 6:30 pm

Mini-Albums: Make a mini-scrapbook in hours! These little albums are the perfect gift! There are 9 album designs to choose from. Cost: $15. Class dates: Thursday October 23 or Monday November 3.
