The Salvation Army in the Midwest (Central Territory) has established four primary goals for all Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Centers (RJKCCC):
- The RJKCCC will advance the mission and ministry of The Salvation Army
- The RJKCCC will have adequate, sustained sources of funding to support staffing, program and maintenance needs
- The RJKCCC will include a collaboration with local groups whose involvement will support and reinforce the mission and goals of The Salvation Army
- The RJKCCC will be in an optimal location, have a highly functional design and will be constructed and equipped with the highest quality materials
