Your Red Kettle donations of $16,092 added to the $11,000 match equaled $27,092
"For familes by familes"

The numbers are in. The
$16,092 in gifts donated by a generous public during the 2nd Annual AZCO Inc.
"For Families, by Families" red kettle match day when combined with
the $11,000 of matching funds provided
by area families along with AZCO Inc made for a total net of $27,092 at the
kettles in the Fox Cities last December 18.
"AZCO continues to be humbled by the generosity of the
residents of the Fox Cities, said Mark Loper, President / CEO, AZCO Inc. "With this wonderful response to the
AZCO match day, we know our community's heart is in the place of helping those
in need. We are pleased to continue our support of the Army and its
programs."
This special day at the kettles had a twofold purpose; to
encourage families to volunteer to ring (Dec. 18 ); and to join forces with
other local families to help offer their collective match monies to inspire
donors. A long-time tradition for families to participate in has been
bell-ringing for the Salvation Army and in turn to help out other families who
are in need.
Inspired by match days like Thrivent and WE Energies, the
Jeff and Diane Walters’s family of Appleton helped to start the "Family
Match Day" in 2011 with a donation that was used as an incentive for other
donors to participate. Along with a
grant from AZCO Inc other area families also participate in the match day again
this year.
Thanks to AZCO and the Jeff & Diane Walters Family and others.
