NEENAH,
Wis., December 18, 2012 -- The Bemis
Company Foundation announced that its Bemis Company Red Kettle Match Day held
Friday, December 14, 2011 generated $38,395 in public donations in the Fox
Cities community, and when combined with Bemis Company Foundation’s $25,000,
raises the total to $63,395. This amount represents the second largest
single-day matching donation for the Salvation Army-Fox Cities for its 2012 Red
Kettle campaign.
This is the third year that
Bemis Company hosted a community Red Kettle Match Day, having supported the
Salvation Army Fox Cities with monetary donations and volunteers for many
years.
Bemis also offered a
dollar-for-dollar $25,000 match in Oshkosh for the Salvation Army’s 13 kettle sites there on December 14.

"We thank all who contributed
last Friday, helping generate an additional $3,000 over our Match Day total
from last year,” said Tim Fliss, Bemis Company Vice President of Human
Resources and Chair of Bemis Company Foundation. “Bemis is pleased to be part
of the Red Kettle event, which is successful because of our community’s support
for those in need.”

caring and sharing to help those in need,” said Captain Randy Tooley, corps
officer.
