Emergency Assistance Services office is open Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm. The Last appointment is taken at 3:30 pm.
The Salvation Army provides the following types of assistance, providing you meet the criteria-
Prescription Medication
Rent-on emergency basis only
Transportation-Michigan residency, for in State travel only
Clothing
Personal Care Items
Shelter-if all shelters are full
Utilities-Gas and Electric
Emergency Food Assistance is offered once every 30 days
In addition, Co-op Pantry Pacs are available. $22 buys $50 worth of food
