Strength is an interesting word, it congers up ideas as lofty and high as the snow caped heights of the Himalayas or the towering ancient mighty Red Woods of California. Strength comes in many ways, strength it could relate to "something or someone that gives one strength or is a source of power or encouragement; sustenance: The Bible was her strength and joy."
Ballington Booth in Gens for Songsters #1 wrote:
"The cross that He gave may be heavy,
But it ne'er out weights His grace;
The storm that I feared may surround me,
But it ne'er excludes His face.
The thrones in my path are not sharper
Than composed His crown for me;
The cup which I drink not more bitter
Than He drank in Gethsemane."
Strength, we see it in nature, we see it the quiet resolve to be all we can be in Christ Jesus.
In Jesus we find our strength, in Him we find our fullness and in Philippians 4:13 we are reminded "I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength." Everything that is pleasing to God, this strength comes from the union we share with the living Christ in the power and fellowship of God's Holy Spirit, are you allowing God's Holy Spirit to be your abiding strength?
