The Christmas holiday season is fast approaching and that means it's time for The Salvation Army's 2009 Red Kettle and Bell Ringing Campaign. Money raised allows us to help local individuals and families throughout the year with food, shelter, utilities and prescription drugs.
Our proposed dates for bell ringing are November 20th through December 24th. Our hours will be 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Wednesday and 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Thursday through Saturday. We will not ring on Sundays.
This is our major fundraiser for the year and the more successful our campaign is, the more people we can help throughout the year. This campaign also helps reduce our dependency on outside funding sources.
