Foyer Construction: Construction on the new Foyer apartments began in the summer of 2007. 25 permanent supportive housing units will be tentatively completed by April of 2008, tripling the number of units the Foyer will have to offer. Due to construction, the application process for the Foyer program may be suspended for a limited amount of time. Please feel free to call the Foyer at 651-251-3502 for an update and to find out whether or not applications are being accepted for residency. These units will have different eligibility requirements. The age range for these apartments will be 18-25 and documented episodes of homelessness will be required to determine eligibility. More information will be posted here as we get closer to opening.
