Durring our non-camp season in the fall, winter, and spring, Eagle Crest Camp is available for rental to any outside group.
If you would like more information about the opprotunities of renting Eagle Crest Camp for your next group event, please call our camp office.
Group discounts are given for groups of 51 or more participants. Please contact the Camp Office for current rates and discounts available to your group.
Standard overnight rates, which include: 1 overnight stay and full use of all reserved buildings, begin at just $20/person/night.
For Day-use only, Buildings are available for use from 8am-9pm. Fees for day-use of building are listed on the current "Rates and Fees" chart which can be provided from the Camp Office.
A signed Rental Agreement, Policies and Procedures Form, Hold Harmless Agreement, and original Certificate of Insurance are required for all rental groups.
