  1. Teams will consist of 10-15 players. Roster changes are not allowed after the final registration. No changes may be made to the roster after the third week of the season. A corps may have as many teams as they would like as long as they fall into the age guidelines. Teams with over 15 players are subject to approval.

  2. Identification and proof of age are required. Inaccurate or false information on registration forms is grounds for player and possible team disqualifications. Identification will be regulated by coaches.

  3. Each player must be 7-9 years of age for the Junior Varsity Division and 10-13 years for the Varsity. There will be no moving up players.

  4. All players must have parent or legal guardian signature to participate. Permission slips are included in the team registration information.

  5. The deadline for entry is two weeks prior to the start of the season. The team(s) registration fee is due by the fourth week of the season.

  6. The registration fee per 15 player team includes a STRIVE Hockey T-shirt, on-ice skate time and a ticket per player to the season ending pizza party. This fee also includes entrance into the league tournament. (There will be a pizza party at each Community Center site at the conclusion of the 12 week program).

  7. Games will be held in the Community Center gyms listed below and will follow USA Hockey Rules and Regulations.

  8. Fighting will result in immediate disqualification from the current game and the following game. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

  9. Swearing will result in one warning and a penalty; the second time will result in another penalty and is then a disqualification from the game. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

  10. Boys and girls will participate as equal players, with mutual respect.

  11. Teams are expected to be on time for their games. 10 minutes late results in a forfeit. Any team that forfeits a game will be responsible for the referee fee for that game.
