PATHWAYS TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
PATHWAYS GOAL is to help individuals make long term changes in their lives. This unique self-sufficiency program addresses underlying issues related to poverty. Pathways provides emotional support, resources, friends and role models through professional and volunteer intervention.
PATHWAYS MISSION is to provide homeless, single adults stable housing along with case management and supportive services while assisting the participants towards self-sufficiency and personal accountability.
POTENTIAL CANDIDATES must be single adults with no dependent children, currently homeless, residents of Northern Rock County, employed/employable, must have a willingness to become self-sufficient by means of program participation and personal accountability, no current alcohol or drug addictions, no outstanding warrants, no sexual/violent crime charges or convictions, and have no criminal convictions or open court cases that make you ineligible for Section 8 housing.
