Nov. 27: Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner and Meal Deliveries
At 101 W. Linwood, Kansas City, MO from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. a traditional Thanksgiving dinner is served free to the public. Volunteers also deliver meals to the homebound starting at 10:30.

Distribution of more than 4,500 holiday food boxes to families who have applied for Christmas assistance. Volunteers needed to assemble boxes, bag potatoes, and sort food at The Salvation Army warehouse at 1110 E. Truman road.
