At Christmas, The Salvation Army makes the holidays brighter for tens of thousands of people in Kansas City, providing Christmas toys, gifts and holiday food baskets for families in need through the Angel Tree, Adopt-A-Family and more! We also offer free community Thanksgiving and Christmas Day meals and special holiday visits to homebound senior citizens. It wouldn't be Christmas without those famous red kettles and your generous contributions at the holidays help fund our programs all year long!
