We are proud to announce that Lieutenant Ruth Sellen has been appointed to our Corps. She is second-in-command after Majors Robert and Elaine Boone. Originally from Norfolk, Lt. Sellen was so elated to hear she was being appointed to Lincoln Corps she jumped up and hugged the Commissioner! This will be Lt. Sellen's first appointment after being Commissioned and Ordained on June 8, 2008.
