The Salvation Army in Lincoln, Nebraska offers so much to the community. Every Sunday we have Sunday School for all ages and our worship service starts at 11AM. Our social services include a Food Pantry, utility assistance, perishable food distribution, case management, and Pathway of Hope. We have an amazing basketball program geared to children that has been a mainstay in the community for 54 consecutive seasons. We officer after school child-care, kids' café, and summer day camp. In addition our youth programming consists of character building for boys and girls ages pre-school through high school. In 2014, the Shield Fine Arts Academy was launched for children and classes included are: brass, guitar, percussion, piano, and voice. With programming for adults we have our Men's Fellowship, Women's Ministries, Citadel Band (brass band), Praise Band, and Songster Brigade (choir).
