Senator Barack Obama made a visit to Salvation Army Operations in Quincy, Illinois on June 14. The Salvation Army is feeding nearly 1,000 volunteers two meals a day at the Quincy, Illinois Civic Center. The Civic Center is the central location for sandbagging and flood prevention operations in Adams County, Illinois.
