SALVATION ARMY TO BENEFIT FROM JUST
BETWEEN FRIENDS' CHILDREN'S AND MATERNITY SALES
Milwaukee, Wis. – The Salvation Army of Milwaukee County announced
that it is tying in with three Just Between Friends (JBF) Spring Community
Children’s and Maternity Consignment spring sales that will take place
March, April, and May in the Greater Milwaukee area. Just Between Friends will
help promote The Salvation Army in conjunction with its sales, plus The
Salvation Army will receive unsold items such as children’s and maternity
clothes, children’s shoes through size 3, toys, board games, electronic
games, DVDs, and books when the sales are over.
The three JBF sales will take place March 6-10 at the Washington County
Fairgrounds; April 21-26, at the Wisconsin Exposition Center at Wisconsin State
Fair Park; and from May 2-5 at the Waukesha Expo Center.
The sales will be open to the public at the Washington County Fairgrounds
March 6 and 7 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., March 8 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and a
half-price sale will be on Saturday, March 9, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and
Sunday, March 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission on Wed., Mar. 6, is $3, and
free the remaining three days.
The sale at State Fair Park will be Sun., Apr. 21, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.;
Mon., Apr. 22 and Tues., Apr. 23, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Wed., April 24, 10 a.m. to
5 p.m.; Thurs., Apr. 25, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Fri., Apr. 26, 10 a.m. to 9
p.m. Admission is free Apr. 22-26, and $3 on opening day, Apr. 21. A half-price
sale will be on Thurs., Apr. 25.
JBF’s Waukesha County public sales will be Thurs., May 2, through Sat,
May 4, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the Sun., May 5, sale, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Admission to Thursday’s sale is $3; other days it is free.
