Last update: February 18, 2008 - 9:18 AM Searching the streets, offering help and hope  Jerry Holt, Star Tribune - Karen Crosby of Minneapolis raised her hands in praise as she worshiped with others at Sunday services at the Salvation Army's Harbor Light chapel.
During a recent subzero cold snap, I spent my Saturday evening in an unusual way -- driving through the back alleys of downtown Minneapolis, searching for homeless people to invite to the Salvation Army's Harbor Light shelter.
