<p class="newsc"><img src="/images/usc.www_usc_missions/20083rdQ-KidsHelping.jpg" border="0" alt="" hspace="10" vspace="10" align="right" />"Kids helping kids." That's the heart of the Tri-City Corps' newest sponsorship effort. The After School Program at the corps in St. Charles, IL began raising funds for the Dandora Nursery School in Kenya, Africa. By educating themselves about the problems facing the young people in Kenya, and looking at the Biblical basis for supporting those in need, the children of the After School Program have learned to give selflessly in order to bless their new friends in Africa.  The After-School Program is comprised of about thirty children, many of whom come from low income families, but they are learning to share what they have with those who have even less.</p>
<p class="newsc">Since April they have raised over $130.00 and will continue to remember Kenya each day at snack time, as they reach into their pockets and drop their money into the sponsorship jar with a prayer.</p>
