Cold Weather Shelter Volunteers Needed!

THE SALVATION ARMY IS IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS
FOR ITS
EXTREME EMERGENCY COLD WEATHER SHELTER

VOLUNTEER INTAKE WORKERS & VOLUNTEER MONITORS ARE NEEDED

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:
6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
OR
 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM
4:00 AM - 8:00 AM

(Hours can be flexible)


Intake Volunteers must:
- BE WILLING TO PERFORM LIVE INTAKE ON HOMELESS CLIENTS
- BE ABLE TO USE A COPY MACHINE
- BE ABLE TO MULTI TASK

Volunteer Monitors must:
- BE ABLE TO SIT AND STAND FOR LONG PERIODS
- BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH THE HOMELESS POPULATION
- BE ABLE TO FOLLOW PROGRAM POLICIES AND APPLY AS NEEDED

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO CLEAR A BACKGROUND CHECK
