2014 SUMMER DAY CAMP AT THE SAL!
It's affordable, safe & FUN!
Springfield MO (March 18, 2014) - Sign up your child for a summer of fun at The Sal!
The Salvation Army is now accepting applications for its 2014 Summer Day Camp Program.
This safe, fun & affordable program keeps kids active, encourages learning and provides them with nutritious meals and snacks. 2014 Summer Day Camp highlights include - a daily breakfast & lunch, weekly swimming sessions, field trips, guest speakers, educational activities, arts & craft time and much more!
The 2014 Summer Day Camp program operates May 29th through August 11th and is open for children in Pre-Kindergarten through Pre-7th grade. Hours of operation are
Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
From now until May 1st there is no enrollment fee! After May 1st enrollment fees per child:
- May 2nd - May 10th: $10
- May 13th - May 31st : $15
- June 1st or later: $25
Weekly Fees are $80 for the first child and $75 for each additional child enrolled in the program.
All meals, field trips and activities are included in the program's cost!
Scholarship and financial assistance may be available for those who qualify. Payments from the Missouri Department of Family Services are also accepted for this program.
The Salvation Army's highly-qualified staff members and camp counselors are certified in CPR, First Aid and have undergone thorough background checks.
