BABES IN TOYLAND TO PARTNER WITH SALVATION ARMY TOY DRIVE
Springfield MO - October 26, 2009 - Springfield Little Theatre's BABES IN TOYLAND is proud to partner with The Salvation Army Toy Drive by offering discounted tickets to all performances with a toy donation. Your toy donation will help put a smile on a child's face this holiday season. Patrons who donate 1 new toy will receive an adult[IMAGE]ticket for the price of a children's ticket. BABES IN TOYLAND is a musical Christmas gift for the whole family. Follow the adventures of young Alan and Jane as they run away from rules and chores to a magical place called Toyland, an enchanting world of walking and talking toys, wonderful dolls, and fairy tale characters. It is a place where anything can happen and where we learn a valuable lesson about love and respect, the meaning of Christmas and the joy of giving. BABES IN TOYLAND runs December 3-13, 2009 and is underwritten by Kraft, Charlotte and Olivia Crowder, Star 105.1, Bass Country 92.9, Momslikeme.com, and the Missouri Arts Council.
Springfield Little Theatre's cast of BABES IN TOYLAND - includes fifty talented actors including: Kim Snyder (Widow Piper), Sabrina Trabue (Mistress Mary), Brandon Martin (Alan), Ken Goodman (Barnaby), Dean Price (Gonzorgo), Dale Haverstick (Roderigo), Derrick Devone King (Master Toymaker), Vince Miller (Grumio), Aaron Walker (Inspector Marmaduke).
