Taco Bell will support The Salvation Army's 2013 Tree of Lights Christmas Campaign by hosting a single-day food drive at all Springfield Taco Bell locations.
On Saturday December 14th, customers will receive a FREE TACO CARD while supplies last when they make a canned food donation at participating Springfield, Willard & Republic Missouri Taco Belllocations.
"We are very grateful to Taco Bell for again supporting The Salvation Army," Major
Norman Grainger, Corps Officer, said. "The donations received during this event will help feed local families and individuals, including children and senior citizens."
Each year during the Tree of Lights Christmas Campaign, The Salvation Army seeks critically needed funds and resources for local programs and services that will help thousands of local Ozarks' residents all year long.
The Salvation Army helps numerous local residents. Last year, The Salvation Army provided more than 58,000 services to more than 21,000 Ozarks residents. Available assistance includes an emergency food pantry, housing & shelter programs, a senior citizen center and many community outreach events.
