The Clinic
The Salvation Army Health Care Clinic opened in 1992 to provide medical, dental, and optometric care to qualified uninsured Sheboygan County residents. It is staffed by area physicians, nurses, and support personnel.

Individuals must be a Sheboygan County resident

Proof of no Health Insurance
Please note: People start waiting in line about 2 hours prior to the start of the clinic because the volunteer doctors and medical staff are able to see only the first 15 people.
