Jhang Boy’s Boarding Hostel
Jhang is a city about four hours from Lahore by car. The capacity for children is 50, and at present there are 38 boys ranging in age from 7 to 18. The classes are according to British rankings, so when a child finishes the metric exam, about grade 8, they may leave school or go on to college or trade school. The boys enjoy playing soccer, cricket and badminton. They have home chores of housekeeping, kitchen, helping with younger boys. When visited by special guest the boys greet them with songs and presented a bouqet - a traditional greeting.
