You are in: THE SALVATION ARMY OF WASHTENAW COUNTY
For more than 100 years The Salvation Army has been serving Washtenaw County.
Our essential services include a food pantry, soup kitchen, clothing, a family shelter, transitional housing and counseling for veterans, character building for youth, camp programs, emergency and disaster relief, utility assistance, and eviction prevention.
The Salvation Army's Ken & Marianna Staples Family Center is one of the most effective social services programs in Washtenaw County.
The Staples Family Center program of support and spiritual guidance helps homeless families overcome the obstacles that caused their homelessness.
Please click on the following video to hear the success story of one of our families. This is the story about Susan...
Join us to make a difference! We can not do this alone, but with your help, especially during this difficult economic time, The Salvation Army will continue assisting those who are homeless and in great need by
DOING THE MOST GOOD!
