Does your family need help providng Christmas gifts for your children?
The Salvation Army's Christmas Gift Assistance Program is currently accepting applications from families in need of help this Christmas season. For more information view the information below or contact The Salvation Army in Waukesha at (262) 547-7367!
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a current Waukesha County Resident
- Have legal placement of the child
- Be the recipient of one or more of these programs: Free and reduced lunch, WIC or Headstart.
- If your family does not meet these requirements but has extenuating circumstances please contact The Salvation Army at (262) 547-7367.
When To Apply:
September 30 - November 26
Tuesdays & Wednesday 1-4pm
Fridays 9am-12pm
*If you are unable to come during the above times due to work or other reasonable conflicts please contact The Salvation Army to make alternative arrangements.
What To Bring:
- Proof of Address (current bill with address listed)
- Proof of Identity for each child in the household (medical card, social security card, birth certificate, report card, etc).
- Gift ideas and sizes for each child ages 0-17 (18 if still in high school and verification of this is still available)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Families can only receive Christmas assistance from one (1) agency each year. Please sign up for Christmas assistance only one (1)time. Information will be shared in order to avoid duplication.
