The Angel Tree is set up for children from low income families to receive Christmas gifts that they otherwise would not recieve.
The Angel Tree, located in the Wausau Center Mall, holds tags with the child's age and the gift(s) they have requested. Sponsors of this program choose a tag off the tree and purchase the gift(s) for the child. Because the gifts are then given to the parents, this is a completely anonymous program.
