Title
|
This is the title of your web page. This will appear in the title bar of the web browser and at the top of your page.

Keywords
|
Enter the keywords which are relevant to your page. These will appear in the meta keywords section in the source html of your page. For a more detailed description of meta tags, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meta_tag.

Short Description
|
Enter a short description of your page. This may be used by search engines, such as google, to describe your page to its users. Anything you enter here will be entered into the description meta tag on your page.

Override donations URL
|
It is recommended that this be left blank, as the current online donation system offers the only approved and secure route for making donations online.

Menu Text (top and left index pages only)
|
Enter the text you would like to appear in the dynamic/left menu here.
|
|
Order
|
Using this, you can drag and drop your page into the order it should appear within the site structure. Specifically, the drop down menus of your site will display the pages in the order that you specify here.

External Link
|
If this page should be a link to a URL, enter it here. This value will be used whenever a user clicks on the link to this page in the top or left menus instead of the link to this page itself.

|
If this page is to appear in the quick links drop-down box, select “yes”.

Available as right content
|
WebManager allows you use content pages in the right content display area of your site. If this page is to be available as right content, select “yes” here. For most users, it is best to leave this option set to "no."

You can choose here whether you want this page to appear in the dynamic menu or not. If it is not displayed in your site's menus, it will have to be linked directly from within your page to be accessible.

If this page is to be a link to the news feature of WebManager, select “yes” here.

Right Submenu Options
|
This option allows you to choose how the right submenu appears on your page. You can choose from either:
None (full width): The submenu will not appear and you will be able to use the full width of the page. The maximum width for your images will be 588 pixels.
Headlines: News headlines from your site will appear in the right submenu. The maximum width for your images will be 363 pixels.
Sublinks: The current pages sublinks will appear in the submenu. Sublinks are links to any child pages of your current page. The maximum width for your images will be 363 pixels.

Show last update date
|
If you select “yes”, the date the page was last updated will appear.
|
|
Show “print version” option
|
This option allows to choose whether the link the print version appears on the page or not.

RSS Feeds
|
If this page should appear in your sites RSS feed, select “yes”. For more information about RSS, go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_(file_format).

Have Your Say
|
Here you can select whether you want to have the “Have Your Say” feature enabled on this page. Click here to see this in action.

Editor Access
|
This allows you to choose which section editors have access to this page. Clicking on the “Change” button will open a window which will allow you to add and remove users here. Leaving this blank will enable all page editors to have access to this page.

|
This option sets whether your page is visible to the public or not. To make your page visible, make sure to select "yes."
