Pierogi Fundraiser Dinner
Pierogies, or Stuffed Dumplings, are a popular food in Poland. Arrange for groups in the corps to make pierogies with different fillings such as sauerkraut, potato, sour cherry, mushrooms, cheese. Host an a-la-carte fundraiser dinner where each group sells its pierogies for $1 each. Decorate tables using red and white, which are the colors in the Polish flag. One group in the corps might sell beverages while another group sells cups of condiments/dipping sauces for the pierogies such as sour cream or melted butter.
